On Saturday 5-18-24, three friends recommended by another restaurant professional attended. We ordered croquettes, very good in flavor and perfect portion, but truth be told, they were cold in the center, that is, without frying. Then some "leeks with I don't remember the sauce... They were exquisite in flavor, but a bit hard, and the truth is... Expensive in price. We continued with some "fresh" squid whose portion was more than excessive, cut into small squares , and they didn't even have the "f"... but the jewel in the crown was a rack of ribs at a low temperature, which as it arrived at the table, I first and then my two companions, smelled nauseating, horrible... (the urge to vomit is an understatement). I get up at the bar and politely say what's happening, to which Diego tells me what about the spices... I insist that no, it smells. fatal... He insists that he took out more for other tables and no one protested... But in any case we ask for something else that is taken away from us. (I was not careful, because Diego should have told you, please, dare to put a piece of "that" in the mouth and swallow it). One of my companions and I did not want to eat anymore...because despite removing that piece of rotten meat from the table, the smell persisted in the air. My other companion did order a donut with shredded meat or something like that...it took a long time to bring it...The waiter, the poor guy, tried to apologize in every possible way, although the situation was getting worse and worse (without. Inguna bad intention and we didn't say anything to him). It was me, personally, to pay the bill at the bar, I stood in front of Diego, on purpose...and we didn't receive a single, "I'm so sorry"...We are very much about shedding light on the positive, and the negative, talk about it face to face and with respect, which is what I did...because I could have been less discreet, and all the people who were there eating, would have given a good account of that rotten piece of meat... A great place, we were 3 adults and 2 children and the food was spectacular. The same thing I say about the service. The croquettes were delicious. The prawns were very well presented, the ribs and the French toast were delicious and not to mention the donut filled with meat. We will return for sure.

Surprising quality restaurant in the Nalón Basin. The quality-price ratio is not good, since the food is excellent, but VERY RARE and the price is high, but high since the amount of raw materials is almost ridiculous..... I hope my opinion helps you to modify the dishes somewhat, since otherwise the duration of the restaurant will be very limited and it is a shame.
