Recomendaciones:
- Vieiras
- Calamar joven

Dear owner, (In reply to your reply to Michele's review) First, we are wondering why, if you arrived at 1.10 pm and you heard us, you did not come and talk to us directly, since you are responsible for what happens in your bar/restaurant. Regarding your clientele: we politely asked the lady who was smoking sitting at the table next to ours, if she could move a few meters away to finish her cigarette (no one forbade her to smoke!), since there was a person with us to whom the smoke was giving respiratory problems (I'm that person); the lady put out her cigarette and waited a few minutes, then she started smoking again as if we had not told her anything. We were taken aback by your customer's indifference but we did not speak to her anymore and we stayed at the table waiting. Then, there is no problem with giving precedence to workers (every venue has its own policies), it just needed to be said or written down somewhere so that everyone knows about it. And if it is not said, in my humble opinion ... YES, it is discrimination, as you cannot know the timings/urgencies of every customer who enters your establishment; just be clear from the beginning and not just say "lunch is from 1 pm." The problem with your waiter, who surely is a very good person, is that he told us absolutely nothing about how and when we would be serve, eccept from waiting 1 pm. Finally, according to your version, we would have been arguing with your waiter from 1:10 pm (when you heard us) to 1:29 pm (time of the receipt in the photo). Do you really believe we would have had about 20 minutes of time to argue with your waiter... ? -. - let's be SERIOUS here! Let me make you think about something: What advantage would we have in giving you a negative review saying falsehoods? We have no advantage being pilgrims and therefore only passing through La Caridad. Let us give you a piece of advice: From the way you write, you have CERTAINLY been on a pilgrimage to Santiago and surely know the difficulties of the journey and the very tight timetable of those who walk. Try to take better care of the pilgrims who will arrive at your place during the walk. We will pray at the tomb of Saint that they will be better received than we were. Have a good life!!! ;)

We are 5 people on a pilgrimage to Santiago. Lured by the positive Google reviews we went to have lunch at the restaurant. We arrived at 12:30 pm and were told that the restaurant opened at 1 pm. ; we therefore decided to wait, drinking a few beers and soft drinks in the meantime. At 1:28 p.m. no one had yet served us or given us the menu to choose the dishes, and people who arrived after us were already eating. So we asked the waiter for clarification and were told that "there are workers who have priority over those on vacation." This behavior was totally unacceptable for three reasons: 1) this is discrimination 2) we were not told when we arrived that the restaurant gave priority to workers (causing us to waste 1 hour unnecessarily) 3) the waiter was rude telling us that if we were not comfortable with it, we could pay for our drinks and leave and justified himself by saying that "I am alone I cannot serve everyone" No professionalism on the part of the restaurant. Absolutely not recommended. Deserved 0 stars but google puts minimum 1. I attach receipt of drinks paid for.

Limited menu with excesive price. Busy staff not too friendly, locals go first despite their late arrival.
